## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or power systems-related environments.
 * Knowledge of EMS, GMS, SCADA systems, and utility operations, including AGC, Economic Dispatch, Reserve Management, or Generation Planning.
 * Understanding of quality assurance methodologies, testing processes, and software lifecycle management.
 * Experience with test management tools such as Jira/Zephyr Scale or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
 * Authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship requirements.
