## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

 - 15+ years of SAP functional experience in SAP MM, Source-to-Pay, and Inventory/Stockroom Management
 - Hands-on configuration expertise in end-to-end S2P, SAP MM, and Stockroom/IM
 - Proficiency in inventory management processes: physical inventory, stock transfers, batch/serial number management
 - Deep understanding of SAP Logistics and Accounting module dependencies
 - Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems
 - Participation in at least three full SAP implementations or major rollout projects
 - ECC to S/4HANA end-to-end implementation/migration experience

Preferred Skills

 - Manufacturing industry experience
 - Full ECC to S/4HANA migration exposure, SAP IM and MM ECC to S/4HANA end-to-end implementation / migration experience

Job Summary: Senior SAP Material Management & Inventory Management Specialist, Join a leading organization as a Senior SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) & Inventory Management Specialist. Deliver impactful SAP ECC solutions that optimize procurement and inventory operations. Partner with business and IT teams to drive digital transformation and operational excellence. Start remotely and transition onsite to shape the future of supply chain processes., Lead business process design and SAP solution delivery for Procure-to-Pay, Materials Management, and Inventory Management

 - Configure and support SAP MM modules: direct/indirect procurement, sub-contracting, master data, stockroom management
 - Manage inter-company processes, account determination, and support for Account Payables
 - Oversee inter-module dependencies with SAP FI/CO, SD, EWM, PP, QM, and third-party integrations
 - Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to translate business requirements into functional SAP specifications
 - Drive continuous process improvements across procurement, receiving, and inventory control
 - Lead the Source-to-Pay workstream during SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollout projects
 - Partner with technical teams for ABAP enhancements, integration design, and data migration
 - Conduct fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities
 - Develop test scripts, deliver end-user training, and provide post-go-live support
