## About the Role

3+ years of DNS engineering or network infrastructure experience in enterprise settings

 - Strong understanding of DNS fundamentals: recursive vs. authoritative, resolution flow, zone design
 - Hands-on experience with enterprise DNS platforms (BlueCat, Infoblox, BIND)
 - Automation skills with tools like Python, REST APIs, Ansible, Terraform
 - Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, DHCP, and IPAM
 - Proven troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure issues
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Skills

 - Exposure to cloud DNS services (AWS Route 53, Azure DNS, GCP DNS)
 - Knowledge of DNS security concepts: DNSSEC, DDoS mitigation, threat detection
 - Experience in large-scale, highly available enterprise environments
