## Description

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Hardware Lead Engineer to drive architecture and design for our hyperscale line of business supporting large-scale data and analytics platforms. In this role, you'll own end-to-end hardware strategy-from requirements and component selection to prototyping, validation, and optimization of high-density, power-efficient systems. You'll collaborate closely with cloud, data, and software teams to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability for demanding AI and analytics workloads. At Everpure, you'll join a collaborative, learning-driven environment where experimentation is encouraged and you'll help shape the infrastructure behind modern data platforms., * Lead hardware architecture and design for hyperscale data and analytics platforms

 * Define technical requirements and specifications for high-density, scalable hardware systems
 * Collaborate with software, data, and cloud teams to ensure end-to-end platform performance
 * Evaluate and select components, vendors, and reference designs for hyperscale environments
 * Drive prototyping, testing, and validation of hardware solutions for reliability and efficiency
 * Optimize power, cooling, and rack-level designs for large-scale deployments
 * Create design documentation, standards, and best practices for hardware engineering
 * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and roadmap
 * Engage with clients to translate business needs into hardware and infrastructure designs
 * Continuously research emerging technologies to inform future platform strategy
