Graduate Degree (A Master's degree is desired but not required) with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience. * Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across the function. * Experience with recruiting and hiring technical talent * Experience developing technical and cost volume inputs for proposals. * Experience as a Cost Account Manager utilizing EVMS, Program execution lifecycle * Able to travel up to 10% Preferred Additional Skills: * Experience working within an Agile development environment is highly desirable.
