## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM/Benefits/Payroll Technical Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have a technical configuration background and experience integrating SAP HCM/Payroll/Benefits solutions with third-party systems.
Key Requirements

 * Hands-on implementation experience deploying HCM, Benefits, and Payroll in SAP S/4HANA.
 * Strong technical configuration experience within SAP HCM/Payroll/Benefits.
 * Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems.
 * Strong understanding of SAP HCM/Payroll interfaces and data flows.
 * Experience with Public Sector environments is preferred.
 * Experience integrating SAP HCM/Payroll with Dayforce is preferred.
 * Ability to work closely with functional, technical, integration, and business teams.
 * Strong troubleshooting and production-support capabilities.
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills.
