 - Assist in designing and implementing AI-powered chatbot solutions leveraging Python, LangChain, and OpenAI GPT APIs
 - Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients, ensuring prompt issue resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction
 - Manage service tickets via ServiceNow, Remedy, and Track-It! while maintaining SLA compliance and accurate documentation
 - Support user account administration, onboarding, and offboarding using Active Directory
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver innovative software solutions in agile environments
 - Analyze SQL databases and evaluate system performance using MySQL and distributed query engines
