## About the Role

 * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field.
 * Battery, EV, aerospace, grid-scale energy storage, or heavy industrial experience is highly preferred.

## Description

Seeking a Senior Systems Test Engineer to lead hands-on testing and validation of large multi-pack systems, BMS hardware, power conversion equipment, auxiliary systems, and integrated hardware systems. The role involves test planning, setup, execution, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical coordination. Key Responsibilities

 * Plan, set up, execute, and document system and hardware validation testing.
 * Test BMS hardware, battery systems, power conversion equipment, and auxiliary systems.
 * Support low-voltage wiring and high-voltage battery system testing.
 * Work with temperature, pressure, flow sensors, and electromechanical actuators.
 * Develop and execute test/data-analysis scripts using Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or similar tools.
 * Troubleshoot hardware/software integration and test-system issues.
 * Support communication protocols including CAN, Modbus, Ethernet, and EtherCAT.
 * Coordinate across engineering teams and provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians.
