## Description

Join our dynamic team as a Cybersecurity Engineer, focusing on the essential operational and administrative functions that keep our cybersecurity infrastructure robust and resilient. Based in San Antonio, TX, you'll work on-site, directly supporting business users and collaborating closely with our engineering team. This high-impact contract role offers the chance to deepen your technical expertise while contributing to the backbone of our security posture., Manage and resolve tickets related to firewall rule updates, proxy changes, and troubleshooting requests

 - Administer firewalls, web proxies, and email gateways, ensuring secure and seamless operations
 - Create, update, and approve firewall objects, handling application, URL, and file share access requests
 - Oversee endpoint security tools, including CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Trellix, and Microsoft Defender
 - Operate and manage enterprise proxy and Zero Trust technologies, including Zscaler (ZIA + ZPA)
 - Administer email security using Proofpoint and enforce cloud security policies in Azure (NSG, ASG)
 - Provide break/fix support for allow-listed applications, proactively minimizing downtime
 - Collaborate with business users to ensure access and security needs are met efficiently
