Job Summary: IAM Solutions Architect - AI Identity and Security | Chicago, IL (Remote Eligible), Join a forward-thinking team as an IAM Solutions Architect, where you'll shape secure AI deployments and design advanced identity models for next-generation applications. This hands-on role focuses on architecting, designing, and implementing dynamic identity solutions-empowering AI agents to act securely on behalf of users. Collaborate closely with AI and IAM teams to deliver robust, scalable security frameworks in a rapidly evolving cloud environment., Architect and implement identity solutions for AI agents, including authentication, authorization, and dynamic provisioning.

 - Define and enforce identity models for seamless agent-to-system and user-to-agent interactions.
 - Design and secure managed identities, service principals, and machine identity life cycles.
 - Evaluate, deploy, and secure AI systems (LLMs, agents, APIs) with a focus on least-privilege access.
 - Partner with AI and IAM teams to validate security models and deployment processes.
 - Apply deep knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and Active Directory to optimize access control and group design.
 - Analyze, recommend, and implement OAuth 2.0 token flows and fine-grained authorization methods.
