As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will drive the successful upgrade of plant technology hardware and provide expert oversight across five concurrent workstreams. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile enterprise program within a collaborative, hybrid environment, where your leadership will directly influence large-scale transformation efforts., Lead and coordinate project management activities across five active workstreams, ensuring alignment with program goals

 - Partner with workstream leads to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and interdependencies
 - Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans and unified roadmaps
 - Organize task backlogs and manage task assignments, completion, and stakeholder accountability
 - Monitor and report on project milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
 - Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation
