If you're someone who asks why a quote exists, works out what has to be true for a deal to be priced, configured, approved, and booked correctly, and drops everything else; who understands how configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, and booking work in practice, and where multi-product and channel-led selling cause them to break; and who is excited about driving deal velocity by removing deal friction, then you're in the right place. What you'll do: * Lead CPQ product strategy, drawing on a deep understanding of where quoting and pricing break at scale, and rebuild rather than patch. * Bring an AI-first approach, introducing agents, evals, and automation into real revenue workflows with enterprise stakes. * Apply first-principles thinking, breaking hard, ambiguous problems down to their fundamentals and building them back up properly. * Own the vision and roadmap for next-generation GTM and CPQ capabilities (quoting, configuration, and pricing) as Rubrik expands its product lineup. * Drive an agent-first redesign of how products are configured, priced, and quoted, replacing a heavy rules engine with agents and defining where a human needs to stay involved. * Improve the seller and partner experience, making quoting faster and simpler for internal sellers and channel partners, with less friction and more accurate data. * Map and simplify the quote-to-cash landscape, including the applications and handoffs across the lifecycle and the added complexity of multi-product and channel-led motions., Rubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
