So, let's be those people. ## Description * Define and deliver the enterprise data strategy with multi-year roadmaps that prioritize insights and analytics generation across all business functions. * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Safety, Brand Teams) to identify, assess, and prioritize data requirements and use cases such as patient journey mapping, competitive intelligence, provider segmentation, new product forecasting, unbranded and branded launch activities * Identify and evaluate commercial and real-world data sources including social listening platforms, specialty pharmacy, reference lab data sets, customer relationship management platforms, open/closed claims, EMR/EHR, disease registries, and competitive intelligence platforms for fitness-for-purpose * Conduct enterprise-wide data and analytics assessments and gap analyses to evaluate current insight-generation capabilities against business requirements * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and investment governance, coordinating with Digital and Procurement to optimize data investments, prevent duplication, and maximize value
