Experience writing automated tests and making safe changes in large, existing codebases.Comfort working with Git and GitHub, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Professional working proficiency in English. You might also have: Experience with Pandas and NumPy for data processing. Experience with GitHub Actions. Experience with AWS services. Knowledge of Node.js or Vue.js. Experience in financial services projects, such as pensions or insurance. Understand the behaviour of an existing, complex application and build new features without impacting what already works. Design and implement asynchronous processing and background job. workflows using Celery and RabbitMQ Work with MongoDB and process data using Pandas and NumPy. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. Keep code quality high through automated tests, pull requests, and code reviews. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions. Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Use GitHub Copilot and other AI tools to work more effectively. Fill documentation gaps and contribute to technical best practices.
