Domain Knowledge * Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred - particularly in vehicle sales, aftersales / spare parts, dealer management, or supply chain. * Understanding of automotive business systems and data sources: DMS (Dealer Management System), ERP, WMS, TMS. * Ability to interpret business KPIs such as order fill rate, parts turnover, and dealer network performance. Soft Skills & Other * Strong communication skills - able to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proactive and structured thinker; comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. * Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage given cross-team collaboration with HQ. NICE TO HAVE * Python / pandas for data processing and automation. * dbt (data build tool) for transformation pipelines. * Azure Data Factory or similar orchestration tools. * Experience working with EV or Chinese automotive brands. * Familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP systems. * Agile / Scrum project delivery methodology. ## Description Geely EU IT & Digital is looking for an experienced BI & Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that support business decision-making across Sales, Aftersales, and Operations.
