## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.\n
 * Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining enterprise Power Platform governance frameworks and supporting a Center of Excellence.\n
 * Strong knowledge of Power Platform environments, security models, Managed Environments, DLP policies, connector governance, and licensing.\n
 * Hands-on experience implementing ALM practices, including managed solutions, deployment pipelines, environment variables, connection references, and source control integration.\n
 * Experience using the Power Platform admin center, administrative PowerShell capabilities, and platform monitoring and reporting tools.\n
 * Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, service principals, authentication, and identity management as they relate to Power Platform.\n
 * Experience with operational troubleshooting, capacity management, environment lifecycle management, and production support.\n
 * Ability to translate governance requirements into practical processes, documentation, and guidance for technical and nontechnical audiences.\n
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority.\n, n
 * Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and automated deployment pipelines.\n
 * Experience supporting Dynamics 365 or ERP-integrated Power Platform solutions.\n
 * Experience working in a SAFe or other Agile delivery framework.\n
 * Experience facilitating communities of practice, platform office hours, or citizen-developer enablement programs.\n
 * Relevant Microsoft technical certifications\n
