Proven experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data visualizations

 - Proficiency with Power Query, DAX, and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
 - Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data preparation, workflow automation, and reporting

 - Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling

 - Develop and automate business reporting and data validation workflows using Python and SQL
 - Transform complex operational and subsurface datasets into scalable, user-friendly visualizations and decision-support tools
 - Support the transition of enterprise data sources, dashboard migrations, and reporting enhancements
 - Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate manual work processes
 - Maintain data quality and integrity across production, well test, allocation, and regulatory datasets
 - Validate data sources, troubleshoot discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders
 - Manage New Mexico regulatory reporting requirements, including IP testing, SWD reporting, and NMOCD compliance submissions
 - Develop and maintain Plug and Abandonment (P&A) packages, supporting documentation, and workflow records
 - Generate and track AFEs and wellbore documentation to support P&A execution and program management
