## Description

Join a high-impact team as a Senior Manual QA Tester, driving quality for large-scale integration projects in a collaborative, hybrid environment. You'll play a critical part in ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality between web portals and backend billing systems across multiple applications. This is a long-term contract opportunity (12+ months) ideal for QA professionals seeking hands-on ownership, career growth, and exposure to best-in-class test management and automation tools., Gather and analyze requirements (primarily using JIRA) to design comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.

 - Perform end-to-end manual testing across multiple applications, including web portal and backend system integrations.
 - Execute test cases, meticulously document results, and report defects using established test management and defect reporting tools (Octane/JIRA).
 - Triage, investigate, and help pinpoint the root cause of defects across integrated systems.
 - Conduct web services (API) and database (SQL) testing to validate data flows and system interactions.
 - Collaborate with automation teams to identify automation candidates and flag stable functionality for automated test coverage.
 - Participate in continuous process improvement with peers and leadership.
