The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter, able to complete assignments with little oversight while being available as a subject matter expert and technical lead to their team. They must be able to assume a full or partial lead role as circumstances dictate and be able to quickly and dynamically switch focus to accommodate the daily activities of an engineering team supporting a production environment.
