## Description

As the Global IAM Sailpoint Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

 * SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting
 * SailPoint IIQ development and implementation
 * Application Onboarding and support
 * Lifecycle Management
 * PAM Integration
 * Account Creation and onboarding
 * Vulnerability management (e.g. patching)
 * Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)
 * Effort estimation & project planning
 * Directing development resources assigned
 * Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues
 * Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving.
 * Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
 * Cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App teams
