 - Proficient in Java, Spring Boot (2.7+), Spring Security (5.x), Spring WebFlux
 - Expertise in Kafka event streaming, topic management, and integration
 - Strong knowledge of MyBatis, JDBC, and SQL
 - Experience with Tomcat, Maven, Docker, and Kubernetes
 - Understanding of Oauth and JWT authentication
 - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset

[Preferred Skills]

 - Familiarity with Confluent Cloud
 - Experience with CI pipelines using GitLab CI and deployment management with Helm

Join our innovative IT team as a Backend Java Developer II, where you'll directly shape the architecture and performance of mission-critical backend services. This is an onsite role in New Albany, OH, offering hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on high-profile projects.  - Implement non-blocking, reactive applications leveraging Spring WebFlux for optimal responsiveness
 - Manage and optimize event-driven architectures with Kafka, including topic creation, configuration, and seamless integration with Spring Boot
 - Build custom Kafka producers and consumers for robust message processing
 - Develop and maintain data management solutions with MyBatis, JDBC, and SQL
 - Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications running on Tomcat servers
 - Utilize Maven for dependency management and Docker for containerization
 - Apply strong security practices using Spring Security (5.x), understanding Oauth and JWT protocols
