As a hands-on technical leader, you'll architect and deliver reusable security capabilities used by engineering teams company-wide. You'll shape the future of our internal security platform, influence architecture decisions, and mentor a talented engineering team-while building your leadership portfolio in a modern cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities

 - Lead and mentor software engineers while remaining hands-on in code and design
 - Drive code reviews, ensure engineering best practices, and influence technical decisions
 - Design and enhance security platform features: Authentication, Authorization, RBAC, IAM, compliance, secrets/key management, and security controls
 - Integrate and centralize security services across the organization
 - Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams
 - Improve platform scalability, reliability, observability, and automation
 - Shape the use of AI to enhance both security and developer experience
 - Support incident response, SLAs, and ongoing platform modernization
