Healthcare Revenue Cycle & Compliance Knowledge: * In-depth understanding of hospital and physician billing, charge capture, payment reconciliation, claims adjudication, and denial management. * understanding of statement processing, agency workflows, and downstream billing impacts to patient financial experience and collections. * Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, payer regulations, ICD-10, CPT coding, and other healthcare compliance standards. * Experience with DRG (Diagnosis-Related Groups), APC (Ambulatory Payment Classification), and reimbursement models. * Familiarity with Epic, Meditech, or other EHR revenue cycle systems is a plus., Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice in a specialized field. 7+ years overall progressive hands on experience in information technology.
