Preferred Skills - Investment accounting or regulated financial services platform support experience. - Knowledge of Snowflake, data pipelines, batch processing, and reporting integrations. - Experience with global/multi-region AWS deployments, certificate automation, secrets management, Venafi. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, PostgreSQL, ETL workflows, S3 storage, file-based integrations. - Exposure to ITIL-based support, change management, and operational risk controls. - Proficiency in automation/scripting (shell, Python, GitLab CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code concepts). ## Description Join a high-impact team as an IAA Production Support & Infrastructure Specialist, responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and operational excellence of a business-critical investment accounting and reporting platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive incident resolution, and support AWS cloud and server environments, while contributing to process improvements and platform expansion.
