## About the Role

o 5+ years of ICT/Telecommunications design experience in mission-critical environments.
o 5+ years of experience developing design documentation, drawings, and specifications for construction or permitting.
o Strong experience with fiber optic components, structured cabling, interconnect products, and related standards.
o Experience working on data centers or other mission-critical facilities, such as power generation or oil & gas facilities.
o Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
o BICSI RCDD certification or internationally recognized equivalent such as CDCDP or DCDC., o Professional Engineer (PE) license.
o Knowledge of applicable building codes and regional regulations.
o Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
o Experience carrying design concepts from development through deployment.
o Previous experience working with large enterprise or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
o Experience providing construction administration and field support.

## Description

We are seeking a Sr. Electrical Design Engineer IV (ICT Design Engineer) to support the design and delivery of ICT infrastructure for large-scale data center and other mission-critical facilities.
In this role, you'll work with engineering, MEP, CSA, and construction teams to develop scalable ICT designs covering telecom pathways, spaces, fiber/structured cabling, and equipment layouts. You'll also be involved in construction administration, field surveys, design reviews, and resolving issues that arise during project execution., o Develop inside and outside-plant ICT designs, drawings, and construction specifications.
o Design telecom pathways, spaces, fiber/structured cabling, and related infrastructure.
o Coordinate ICT designs with MEP, CSA, engineering, and construction teams.
o Review and approve ICT space, pathway, cabling, and equipment submittals.
o Review and respond to RFIs and construction-related design questions.
o Conduct field surveys and prepare site reports based on existing conditions.
o Work closely with construction teams to identify and resolve design and field issues.
o Research and evaluate new ICT technologies, design approaches, and construction methods.
o Support projects from initial design and development through deployment.
