Job Summary: Engineering - Systems Integration/Test Engineer (1st Shift) | Orlando, FL, Join a dynamic engineering team as a Systems Integration/Test Engineer, specializing in the development, integration, and validation of cutting-edge Electro-Optic sensor solutions for military platforms. This hands-on, first-shift position offers the chance to combine your expertise in software, hardware, and test equipment design within a high-impact, production-driven environment. Safety shoes required for on-site work., Plan, implement, and maintain integration and testing solutions for in-house and COTS/GOTS systems and subsystems

 - Translate customer and contractual requirements into effective system test strategies within schedule and cost constraints
 - Develop, review, and document functional and technical specifications and standards
 - Solve hardware and software interface challenges, including defining input/output parameters
 - Prepare, execute, and direct comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for systems/subsystems
 - Coordinate testing activities with cross-functional teams and programs
 - Analyze and report on test results, validating system and subsystem performance
 - Write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to verify fixes
