## About the Role

* At least one year of first-line IT support experience; more experienced applicants are also welcome.
 * A valid drivers licence and own transport are essential for commuting to the office and visiting client sites.
 * Excellent customer service skills, including an approachable and patient manner and the ability to explain things clearly.
 * A proactive, curious approach, initiative to investigate problems, and willingness to learn.
 * Confidence working independently, with the judgement to know when to ask for help.
 * A practical, flexible attitude and willingness to handle routine support and more involved projects.
 * Microsoft certification, a relevant degree, or cybersecurity knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.

## Description

* Provide friendly, helpful IT support to clients remotely and during site visits.
 * Troubleshoot everyday hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues.
 * Set up computers, user accounts, and equipment to help customers get started.
 * Organise your workload, take ownership of issues, and keep customers informed.
 * Contribute to IT implementation projects, upgrades, and improvements across different client environments.
 * Work independently where possible and draw on the teams support when needed.
