* You have proven experience in test automation architecture/management, approximately a minimum of 8-10 years.

## Description

As a Test Automation Lead & Architect, you will design and implement scalable automation frameworks, drive automation strategies, and lead teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll work closely with clients to perform assessments, define roadmaps and strategies, implement and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure continuous improvement.

YOUR ROLE

 * Define and implement test automation strategies and frameworks.
 * Lead and mentor other QA professionals, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
 * Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
 * Conduct tool evaluations, POCs, and drive innovation in automation solutions.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business goals.
 * Working hands-on in test automation activities and lead a test automation team/project., * Net expenses;
