## Description

In this role you lead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy at Agilent, shaping a multi-year security roadmap aligned with business and AI initiatives. You collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to embed security into technology choices and drive secure AI governance. You'll address evolving threats, regulatory needs, and future tech trends to protect enterprise and product environments. Responsabilidades

 * Develop and communicate Agilent's multi-year security strategy and roadmap
 * Define target-state architectures and security standards for enterprise, cloud, data, AI, and digital initiatives
 * Advise on major initiatives, acquisitions, and technology modernization from a security perspective
 * Lead secure AI strategy including governance models, control frameworks, and risk management
 * Assess AI technologies and security implications of ML/AI systems
 * Prioritize cybersecurity investments based on risk and business objectives
 * Ensure security alignment with regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements
 * Provide executive-level cybersecurity recommendations and strategic technology guidance
 * Collaborate with security engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and product security teams to ensure cohesive planning
