## About the Role

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

 - Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive attitude with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
 - Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
 - Familiarity with software development and delivery environments.
 - Experience working within cross-functional technology teams is a nice to have.
 - Technical Understanding
 - A deep technical background is not required, but the candidate should have a working understanding of: Software releases and deployment processes, testing activities, Incident and problem management processes.

What do we expect from you?

 - 3 years in Scrum Framework & Agile Delivery, Agile Ceremonies Facilitation, Stakeholder Management, Impediment & Dependency Management
 - 3+ años
 - Fluent in English.
