 + Knowledge of developing Data solutions (Data Lakes, ETL pipelines, SQL, Dashboards). Databricks, SQL expertise, Data Modeling
 + Production experience (deploy, operate, scale systems)
 + Software development background
 + Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and product-oriented delivery.
 + GitHub Enterprise administration (optional - willing to learn the basics).
 + Communication and stakeholder engagement skills
 + AI Governance and responsible AI (security, privacy, prompt injection, leakage, data protection)
 + Cloud, DevOps & IaC (practical experience, Azure DevOps).
