The HR Operations team plays a critical role in managing multiple initiatives that support broader organizational operations, which include identifying and remedying process inefficiencies based on data, contributing to the system enhancement roadmap, and partnering with Product Managers and HR stakeholders to prioritize and support on delivering system and process enhancements. As an HR Systems Specialist, you will report to the HR Operations Manager and will partner closely with Recruitment, HR Partnering, Payroll, Compensation, Timekeeping and HR Shared Services teams to understand the challenges they face and convey them systematically to the Product team. You will have the opportunity to develop analytical and communication skills and gain a deep understanding of the Recruitment and HR technology landscape. We've posted this role in other locations to attract a diverse pool of candidates - but please note there is only one open position.
