 * Hands-on fluency building through AI - agentic coding tools, LLM-driven workflows, automated testing and release. You've actually shipped this way, not just experimented.
 * Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
 * Comfortable working fully in English.

Technical Skills

 * Expert-level iOS/Swift - architecture, patterns, performance, and the judgment to keep a large app maintainable as it grows.
 * Strong Android development (Kotlin) with the ability to architect a new app end to end.
 * Familiarity with mobile build and release tooling (e.g. Fastlane).
 * Deep understanding of Apple and Android design principles, patterns, and best practices.
 * Ability to write clean, well-documented, maintainable code - and to direct AI to do the same.

 * Ensure cross-platform consistency and a coherent technical vision across both platforms.
 * Develop and test features that enhance the Arise experience.
 * Use AI agents and automated workflows as your primary means of building, testing, and shipping - not as an occasional helper.
 * Anticipate technical pitfalls and proactively design solutions.
 * Collaborate with design to refine usability for a smooth user experience.
 * Support monetization by integrating features with measurable business impact.
