## About the Role

role if you have: At least two years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or comparable analytical role. Strong SQL skills, including the ability to work with joins, aggregations, CTEs and complex datasets. Advanced Excel skills. Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau or a comparable platform. The ability to interpret commercial performance and turn analysis into practical recommendations. It would be beneficial, but not essential, if you have: Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG or manufacturing analytics. Experience extracting data from REST APIs. Knowledge of MongoDB or another NoSQL database. Experience using Python or R for analysis, automation or statistical modelling. Experience in demand forecasting, stock optimisation or customer segmentation. Evaluate product, category, store and channel performance to support ranging and investment decisions. Present regular performance updates and clear recommendations to senior stakeholders. Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation, retention and marketing campaign effectiveness. Support demand forecasting, stock analysis and supply-chain optimisation. What Success Looks Like During your first six months, you will: Establish trusted and consistently used performance dashboards Improve the speed and reliability of recurring reporting Deliver analysis that leads to measurable commercial or operational action; Improve visibility of store, product, customer and stock performance; Strengthen data quality and reduce unnecessary manual processes.
