## Description

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Marketplace Administrator to join our growing ecommerce team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, online platforms and customer service. You'll play a key role in supporting and growing our marketplace channels, ensuring products are accurately listed, orders are processed efficiently, and customers receive a first-class experience.

Working across platforms including Amazon, eBay, Tesco, B&Q, TikTok Shop and OnBuy, you'll help ensure our products are visible, accurate and performing effectively across multiple online marketplaces.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Creating and maintaining product listings across multiple marketplace platforms.
 * Uploading and updating product information, descriptions, pricing and images.
 * Monitoring listings and resolving marketplace errors and issues.
 * Processing marketplace orders and ensuring service level agreements are met.
 * Responding to customer enquiries, returns, refunds and delivery queries.
 * Monitoring stock levels and pricing accuracy.
 * Supporting promotions, campaigns and marketplace events.
 * Producing reports and maintaining accurate records for the Marketplace team.
 * Working closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
