## About the Role

Requires 5+ years' experience as a Data Architect, with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP.

 - Proven background in data architecture, enterprise data design, and/or solution architecture.
 - Deep knowledge of event-driven and customer data modeling, APIs, JSON, and data transformation.
 - Experience with cloud data ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and understanding of GDPR and privacy-by-design principles in customer data platforms.
 - Strong communication skills, able to convey complex data concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
 - Comfortable working in client-facing and stakeholder-heavy environments.

## Description

Lead the end-to-end data architecture for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), including data ingestion, XDM modeling, identity resolution, profile enablement, and activation.

 - Define and manage Adobe XDM schemas (profile-enabled and non-profile), datasets, and data flows to support current and future business use cases.
 - Establish architectural best practices for batch, streaming, and real-time data ingestion in AEP.
 - Ensure scalable architecture for multi-brand and multi-region scenarios.
 - Design robust data ingestion processes from various source systems.
 - Develop event vs. profile modeling strategies using best-practice XDM patterns.
 - Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure efficient, resilient, and well-documented data pipelines.
 - Design and oversee identity resolution strategies, including namespaces, stitching logic, and merge policies within RTCDP.
 - Define rules for profile enablement and activation readiness.
 - Translate business and marketing requirements into detailed AEP data blueprints and solution designs.
 - Serve as the primary AEP data authority during solution design and delivery phases.
 - Support delivery teams through design reviews, risk identification, and architectural decision-making.
 - Effectively communicate architectural tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
