The department is responsible for maintaining site operations and developing the site infrastructure across the EMC. The department covers a wide range of responsibilities from managing the provision of utility services and management of key service providers on site as well as the day to day maintenance and safe operation of the site and facilities. WHAT TO EXPECT In this role, no two tasks are the same. Here's what to expect: * Manage and audit facility maintenance standards, SOPs and SLAs to ensure compliance and operational performance. * Coordinate contractors and service providers to achieve facilities, environmental and testing deliverables across the site. * Support and maintain SAP/IESA processes, including maintenance compliance, work orders, approvals and asset management. * Oversee building handovers, defect reporting, snagging activities and compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation. * Develop site procedures, manage spare parts inventories and identify opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements. * Ensure statutory compliance for lifting equipment, pressure vessels, LOLER, PUWER, insurance inspections and NDT assessments. * Support manufacturing operations by maximising equipment uptime, managing maintenance programmes and securing cost-effective repair and service solutions.
