## About the Role

* L2 Field Support Engineer
 * Fluent German (Mandatory) with the ability to independently communicate, troubleshoot, and explain technical issues to German-speaking users.
 * Good written and verbal English communication skills for coordination with global teams.
 * Minimum 3+ years of enterprise Deskside/Field Support experience.
 * Strong 2nd Line Support capability (not Service Desk/L1 support).
 * Expertise in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
 * Working knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
 * Ability to troubleshoot basic network/connectivity issues and provide Smart Hands support.
 * Strong customer-facing and end-user support skills.
 * Ability to take end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests through resolution.
 * Experience in maintaining Knowledge Base articles, documentation, and asset records.
 * Proactive approach to identifying recurring issues, performing root cause analysis, and improving user experience.
