The role also involves liaising with customers, contractors, works promoters and other stakeholders, investigating issues and ensuring information is accurately maintained., * Support the coordination and administration of highway works, permits and licences. * Assist with highway inspections, compliance and remedial works. * Maintain and manage network information and data. * Support traffic management and network performance activities. * Respond to enquiries and liaise with a range of stakeholders. * Investigate problems and provide appropriate technical support. * Produce and interpret technical and non-technical information, reports, maps and drawings. * Work independently while following relevant policies, procedures and legislation.
