The post holder will translate business and information requirements into technical specifications and support the development of solutions that ensure cancer data from multiple sources is integrated, managed and made available for reporting, analysis and decision-making purposes. The role requires specialist knowledge of data engineering, cloud platforms, data modelling, data integration, digital infrastructure and NHS information standards, acquired through degree-level study, equivalent specialist training and significant practical experience. The post holder will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Cancer Alliance, South Yorkshire ICB, NHS provider organisations and partner agencies to support the ongoing development of moderndata and analytics capabilities and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
