## About the Role

* Previous experience in an IT, systems support or technical role.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues effectively.
 * Good understanding of testing, troubleshooting and supporting business systems.
 * Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
 * Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
 * Relevant third-level qualification in IT or a related discipline.

## Description

* Provide day-to-day support for business-critical systems and users.
 * Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through to completion.
 * Maintain and improve existing systems and applications.
 * Assist with testing and implementing system changes and enhancements.
 * Monitor system performance and carry out routine maintenance activities.
