## About the Role

## Description

* Design, build and enhance Anaplan models that support planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management activities across Finance.
 * Lead end-to-end model development, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, user-friendly and aligned to business priorities.
 * Gather, challenge and translate business requirements into practical Anaplan solutions that deliver measurable value to stakeholders.
 * Partner closely with FP&A, Finance and other business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
 * Manage model governance, including documentation, naming standards, role-based access controls and change management processes.
 * Maintain and optimise existing models, carrying out upgrades, roll-forwards and structural enhancements to support evolving business needs.
 * Own and improve data integrations between Anaplan and connected finance systems, helping to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
 * Monitor model performance and data quality, resolving issues quickly and implementing preventative controls where required.
 * Support the development of reporting and dashboard solutions, working with tools such as Power BI where appropriate.
 * Deliver user support, training and guidance to encourage adoption and ensure stakeholders maximise the value of Anaplan.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, simplifying planning and reporting processes to create a more efficient and scalable FP&A environment.
 * Work collaboratively with Finance and MI teams to ensure planning outputs provide clear, consistent and actionable business insights.
 * Act as the subject matter expert for Anaplan, promoting best practice and supporting the long-term development of the platform.
