## About the Role

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of business processes who enjoys solving problems and working closely with customers.

 * Previous experience in ERP implementation, consultancy or a similar role
 * Experience of business process analysis, design or re-engineering
 * Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving skills
 * Confident communicator who can work effectively with customers
 * Comfortable supporting testing, training and go-live activities
 * Organised, analytical and able to manage multiple projects
 * A genuine interest in technology and improving business processes

## Description

As an ERP Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their requirements and implement solutions that improve the way their businesses operate.

 * Manage ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering through to go-live
 * Analyse, design and re-engineer business processes
 * Gather and document customer requirements
 * Design system functionality to meet individual business needs
 * Configure and implement new ERP modules
 * Support system testing and resolve issues
 * Deliver customer training and provide go-live support
