## About the Role

* Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
 * Relevant Oracle or ERP certification preferred.
 * Five (5) years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS development supporting asset or financial modules.
 * Must have experience with: Oracle Projects (CIP/WIP), Fixed Assets (FA), Inventory / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) integrations.
 * Experience developing interfaces and integrations between ERP and external systems.
 * Must have experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher) and interface development (APIs, open interfaces, data loaders).
 * Experience with RICE-FW objects (especially Interfaces and Conversions).
 * Understanding of Asset lifecycle (Acquire * Capitalize * Depreciate * Retire) and CIP/WIP accounting processes.
 * Experience supporting data validation, reconciliation, and audit traceability
 * Experience working in Agile (SAFe preferred) environments.
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

 * Experience with DAI / Oracle Federal Financials.
 * Familiarity with DPAS / ELMS or similar asset management systems and DLMS / CTAS or DoD logistics standards.
 * Experience with automation of capitalization and asset accounting processes.
 * Understanding of audit requirements (FIAR, NFR remediation, valuation & completeness).
