This role supports Linux systems, storage platforms, and HPC infrastructure while working under the guidance of senior engineers., * Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Linux systems. * Support routing operational tasks, monitoring, and health checks. * Respond to support tickets and assist with issue resolution. * Create and maintain technical documentation. * Participate in change management processes. * Assist with patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities. * Support storage, backup and data management activities. * Learn and assist with automation and scripting. * Support SLURM environments and HPC users. * Follow security policies, ITIL fundamentals, and operational standards., We are also dedicated to ensuring that our hiring process accessible to all.
