## About the Role

* A Bachelor's degree (STEM) and 8 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
 * US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
 * 1+ year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
 * Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

 * US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.

 * Hardware Test and Evaluation of experience in vibration, shock, thermal etc.

 * Hardware and Software LRU test and integration experience

 * Knowledge of induced environments and specifications

 * Experience developing hardware testing procedures and executing testing on LRU's.

 * Experience compiling test data and writing reports.

 * Experience with specification derivation specifically around verification methods

 * Proficiency with Cameo and DOORS

## Description

* Support the development of test requirements and detailed integration test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews (TRRs), test data and test reports.
 * Execution of qualification and acceptance testing per requirements, plans and procedures.
 * Participate in internal and customer test planning working groups.
 * Support program reviews and customer delivery (CDRL) development
 * Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
 * Compile data and define changes required in test equipment, test procedures, or new test requirements.
 * Collaborate with systems engineers, testing houses, development engineers and other stakeholders involved in the testing process.
 * Review test plans, procedures, and reports; witness testing as the Cognizant Engineer
 * Participate in technical exchange meetings, interfacing with customers (internal/external) and contributing to a broad range of program deliverables.
