* 5+ years of expert-level SQL experience (writing complex queries, CTEs, advanced window functions, conditional logic, complex joins, and performance optimization).

 * 5+ years of professional Python development experience processing complex datasets efficiently and automating workflows using Pandas, Polars, or equivalent data libraries.
\n

 * Hands-on experience designing and optimizing cloud-native data warehouses/datalakes, specifically Snowflake.
\n

 * Modern Data Pipelines: Proven experience building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines.
\n

 * Specialized experience in Asset-Based Finance (ABF) and mortgage servicing (e.g., settlements, remittances, cash consolidation, and servicing workflows).
\n

 * Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle project delivery, driving requirements from design and build to testing and deployment.
\n

 * Exceptional communication and change management skills, with a track record of bridging the gap between technical teams and business leadership.
