 * Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams on sourcing and supplier-related issues.
 * Ability to interpret technical information and manufacturing requirements to inform sourcing decisions.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to cost, inventory, and supplier performance challenges.
 * Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and influence across multiple functional areas.
