* 8+ years of professional experience in IT, with at least 2 years specializing in Kubernetes, preferably with AWS EKS

 * Deep understanding of Kubernetes security including RBAC, network policies, and secrets management

 * Knowledge of networking concepts such as load balancing, DNS, and firewalls

 * Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
