## About the Role

Clearance: Active Secret required; ability to obtain TS/SCI, * Master's degree in a STEM field with 12+ years of relevant experience.

 * Active Secret clearance with ability to qualify for TS/SCI.
 * Expertise in radar signal processing, scheduling, and object classification.
 * Expertise in electronic protection.
 * Experience with systems engineering analysis and process management, including requirements, CONOPS, and integrated schedules.
 * Experience conducting technical performance assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation development.
 * Experience with electronic attack/protection modeling supporting technical analysis and requirements development.
 * Experience developing technology maturation plans supporting transition to program offices.

Desired Qualifications

 * Active TS/SCI clearance.
 * Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes.
 * Knowledge of Missile Defense fundamentals, including radar capabilities and limitations.
 * Knowledge of electro-optic fundamentals.
 * Knowledge of radar hardware and design.

## Description

Created Solutions is seeking an experienced Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Program Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in Huntsville, AL. This position provides systems analysis expertise supporting development of advanced Missile Defense System capabilities to identify and discriminate lethal objects.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in radar, electronic protection, systems engineering, and threat discrimination within a multidisciplinary environment.
What You'll Be Doing

 * Collaborate with government and industry partners across multidisciplinary teams.
 * Provide technical analysis, program support, and scientific expertise to MDA's Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate.
 * Develop technical options to improve Missile Defense System discrimination and electronic protection capabilities.
 * Support technical performance assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation activities.
 * Contribute to technology maturation and transition planning for emerging capabilities.
